Will be responsible for:
-Day-to-day manufacturing operations: ensuring that productivity is achieved while adhering to quality requirements and customer specifications
-Determining/Allocating resources efficiently in the organization
-Engage the workforce in initiatives for continuous improvement
-Understanding and following/interpreting collective agreement, dealing with first-level grievances
-Maintaining customer focus on quality and delivery
-Maintaining core values, with a focus on H&S, in a 45001/14001 certified environment.

We seek a candidate with a strong background in either employee or labour relations (unionized or non-unionized environment), who will work with employees and engage people through continuous improvement; training in Lean TPS or WCM is an asset. Offered is the opportunity with a stable multinational organization with a broad customer base stretching across multiple industry sectors. This employer has a bonus program that pays 10%, and they contribute 7% to a Pension program on a base of $85,000 plus overtime - 3 shift rotation - mostly days and afternoons
