We seek a licensed millwright 433A who will be supported to learn this company's unique processes that include roll-forming, welding, CNC cutting and robotic material handling. We are looking for the right person. Candidates can come from a range of industries including food/beverage, automotive, consumer products, steel processing and others. The right person will be personally invested, identifying opportunities and striving for improvements.
Will be responsible for:
- As the millwright on shift responds to maintenance work orders in order of priority, making key decisions in conjunction with shift supervisor on priorities and outside resources
- root cause analysis, implementing lasting fixes
- projects, participates in maintenance planning for equipment rebuilds
- continuous improvement projects
- preventative and predictive maintenance
- Maintain core values, with a focus on H&S, in a 18001/14001 certified environment.
TPM environment, engaging operators in antonymous maintenance, 5s, visual maintenance and continuous improvement.
