This position is the technical resource for outside sales and customer service, working closely with company reps and customers by providing hands-on training, technical assistance, training materials, scripts and literature. This position is the intermediate between sales and engineering and to resolve design and manufacturing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Will provide technical expertise to the customer, assist with field trails/ equipment installations to prove the product and help with the sales process.
Travel is required to train reps, provide customer support, and attend industry trade shows. This position is based in Woodstock but travels 1-2 days per week. We seek candidates with experience in the HD truck or mobile equipment industry.
