Production Supervisor - Nights

We are seeking a seasoned production supervisor with experience in any of the following: welding, fabrication, robotics or machining.
As part of the plant supervisory team, you will be responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of a shift. Overseeing 20-30 team members in a union environment, your focus will be on labour relations, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Some responsibilities include:
-Safe methods employed, PPE worn, and 5S/housekeeping adhered to
-Quality standards and processes maintained (ISO 9000 / 14000)
-Assignment of work according to shipping dates and open orders
-Labour reporting, Job cards complete
-Ensure proper inventory and tools are available for jobs and team members
-Maintaining positive labour relations, resolving production and team member issues, disciplinary actions when necessary
