We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a department of 4, including a Generalist and an Administrator. We are specifically seeking a candidate with strength in labour relations, who will manage plant culture and lead the collective agreement negotiation process. This is an empowered position, part of the plant operational committee and reporting to the site general manager.    Will be responsible for department metrics and reporting, championing continuous improvement projects and developing staff for succession planning.
